  The staff were courteous. The room and housekeeping was excellent. The toiletries were well above average. However, there was one serious flaw. I am handicapped and specifically ordered a handicap room with 2 beds. My daughter travels with me, and I need her for assistance, but we need our own beds, as mine has to be adjusted to raise my legs etc. We chose this hotel because they assured us they had a 2 bed handicap room available. It was not to be. So using the toilet was very difficult, I could not shower, and it made my visit uncomfortable. Even sponge bathing was difficult, because I need to hold onto something when standing so it is impossible to work with soap and water, etc., while you are holding on for stability, especially where there is no grab bars. Sorry to complain about this, but we came in late in the day, tired, and I had to take whatever I could to lie down at that point. we were very specific in reserving our room, so it was a big disappointment to not have it available. Other than that the hotel was well above average. Thank you, Cynthia Brick

  Very friendly staff with excellent customer service. Clean and modern hotel. Comfortable beds, well placed and plentiful outlets. Complimentary internet. Nice bath tub and shower. Good quality amenities. Complimentary water bottles. Pleasant experience. Would come back.

  Absolutely amazing. The best ever. Loved my room. It was cozy, liked the windows etc. I am NOT easy to impress but I was IMPRESSED by your staff the most.
  Your hotel staff "Sun" & "Al" are phenomenal. I think "Ahmed" in the restaurant was good too.
  The omelette for breakfast was the BEST omelette I have had. Second only to the omelettes my mom makes.
  
  Again, I am very hard to impress. So you guys are doing fantastic.

  With the exception of a front desk manager and a really wonderful waiter working breakfast named Adam, the rest of the staff is either very poorly trained or the "systems" they operate under are extremely outdated or incompetent. We had request to pay cash upfront for our entire stay rather than receive an unfavorable currency exchange rate. However, the staff was unable to properly accommodate us and we were forced to pay 2 nights on our card before they finally figured out how to reflect that. This was a very frustrating experience to have to wake up every day to an argument with hotel personnel, having to call my bank for them to reverse hotel charges, and taking valuable time away from our vacation preventing us from fully enjoying the area. As if this was not bad enough, the room was extremely hit and uncomfortable. The air conditioner is OBVIOUSLY not working and it was MISERABLE at its best!

  The location was fine. I stayed in room 608, and in the evening around 10:00 I could not have a hot shower, the water would not get very hot - slightly above lukewarm. Also the shower curtain was too short for the tub, after I got out of my slightly more than lukewarm shower there was water all over the bathroom floor. I called to report the water and shower curtain issue to the front desk. The attendant said they would see if they could upgrade the room, they then said that there were no superior rooms available. They could move me to another room on the same floor and I asked if that would fix the hot water issue and they said they did not think so. They then asked me if I would like a hotel engineer to come check out the shower curtain for the following night - (they did not check to see that I was only staying the one night). I requested additional bathroom floor towels as mine was completely soaked as was another towel from cleaning up, and the attendant brought me two towels. After that I had a very difficult time getting to sleep as all four pillows in the room had several established clumps in them. I was very disappointed in my stay.
