  Went here for winterlicious. For the view.and it was amazing!!!
  Food is above average,but not the greatest. But service Is a bit slow and not as friendly.

  Hosts are sitting at the bar rather than welcoming guests; point to a table rather than finding us a table.
  
  Server's first question is " What do you want?" rather than a "hello/ how are you?" and is too busy joking around with coworkers. Server is also not observant when we need something; for example, refills on drinks, a steak knife when someone has a steak, when we are asking for the bill.
  
  I also observed other guests arriving are not acknowledged; left standing by the host station for 10 mins with many tables available.
  
  Only saving grace was the food was hot and came at a timely manner.
  
  Kensington Market Soup and Sandwich was a little hard to handle while eating and the steak frites was borderline med-med well when requested mid rare.
  
  Coming from a restaurant/ customer service background for over 13 years, this restaurant is a poor place to host tourists at such a prime location, let alone even the locals.

  Great view, okay drinks. My new husband and I went to the CN tower on our honeymoon and stopped by the Horizons restaurant to get a few drinks and enjoy the view. The drinks were fine, but nothing spectacular considering the price.

  I am surprised at the reviews here. I went sometime last year with my two kids and they still talk about how good the food was and want to go back. I absolutely loved the food we had it was so delicious and I can't wait to go back. The only bad thing was the price and they expect you to tip. It costed around $100.00 which is pretty expensive for me. But I will definitely go again.
