  I would have given it a 5 star rating but their delay while watching sports is annoying.

  The food was good which made me come back again. The manager guy really seems to be rude and RACIST . Long story short he called me and my girlfriend "YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO SLEEP HERE ..... (pause)BROWN ******" not sure what this word was as she was resting her head on our table. We didn't even say anything just walked out. I posted this review as I want to let the management it is not a good way to treat people based on their skin colour.

  Absolutely the worst experience ever!! First time and last time! The waitress was pleasant and helpful. However, the food was absolutely atrocious. I ordered the steak wrap and it came with no flavor whatsoever, and the best part was the meat was totally burnt!?? I should have taken pictures of it. And how do you burn nachos?? I also ordered chicken wings. The wings look like they were anorexic or came from an athletic chicken. I asked to speak with the manager and was told he was too busy. So this young ignorant "acting manager " as he called himself, approached my table and right away he was very defensive in asking what was wrong. Just a terrible way to approach the customers. I didn't even complete my words and he's already cutting me off. So when he let me speak I voiced my concerns about the meals and how I was not satisfied because of the burnt food. Well, the first thing that came out of his mouth was..... "we don't give comps"????? That's not even what I was saying!!! Dude needs to relax!. This has been an absolute worst experience at a sports bar. I wasn't expecting a free meal or anything just voiced my concerns that's all. I paid in full and with a tip. Just not a good place at all. And it doesn't hurt to know not to order burgers because they taste terrible. Guess who told me that.....the waitress!!! She herself has received excessive complains about the kitchen staff and the food. She even suggested what not to order from the menu.
  
  I give this place a 0 !!
  
  Hope the actual owners or real management team read this and find the root cause and retrain their staff members.

  I'm a regular at this location. The service is always friendly and the atmosphere is comfortable. The wings are also great and there's plenty of TVs visible for sports nights. It's one of my favorite sports bars. Like a second home
