  We were really excited to hear this place was opening, but were underwhelmed by the menu, and diner quality coffee. The food is consistent but nothing to rave about. Friendly and attentive wait staff.
  
  I think this place has potential but its size and limited seating force long wait times for mediocre food. I would recommend going if you enjoy Eggs Benedict but make sure everyone in your party wants it because they're are few alternatives.

  I've been here a few times, the food has always been top notch. Great service, tons of options so even a picky eater should find something they like.
  As a vegetarian it's nice to not get shafted when I want to go out for brunch (instead of meat you can get baked beans which is nice), and the bf can get some meat which... I suppose is good?? He keeps ordering it, he also loves the chocolate pancake.

  I work a cross the street and this is me and my staffs breakfast spot. Staff are super friendly. Food is delicious. Price is right. Would recommend if your looking for a bite to eat in the neighborhood.

  Cozy little breakfast place that might have the best pancakes and pancake sauces I've ever had. Freindly staff and great food for a reasonable price. Will definitely be back again.

  Charming interior. Seating for only 25 max. Nice menu. The chocolate infused pancakes are excellent. Croquet Madam is very good. Prices are not bad. Service was very good. Would definitely recommend.
