  Go to a different location! There's the one at Fairview Mall close by. They are understaffed and it was the worst hero burger I've ever received... There was more guacamole on the outside of my wrapper than on the inside and they forgot half of my toppings. Granted it was very busy, and the woman that came after me complained, so she got her burger before me.
  
  The burgers are usually pretty decent. It's just a bad location.

  Very dirty. The few tables there were filthy. The pop machine was dirty and had few options, looks like they ran out of syrup and too lazy to replace it. Even the cooler with water was empty. Garbage was filthy and had stuff spilling out. Fries were so oily and stood out on the counter for a while before the burgers were prepared. Had to throw them out. The staff could care less. The cashier did not have her hair in a net and was only concerned about her weekend plans instead of cleaning in her down time. The 2 others in the kitchen were joking about if they had a button for all their errors it would be a high total. Burger was the only positive. If i was able to see this before we ordered i would not have placed one. As the place is so small the 2 persons in front of me block the entire entrance. Left phone in the car so was unable to take pictures. Far better locations our there.

  Im familiar with the product and I know what its supposed to be. This is the worst hero ive been to. My burger was undercooked and soggy with grease. Rings were cold. Waited 15 minutes after ordering for my food. They fellow who took my order was unshaven and sloppy looking wearing a kicked up ball cap and parka. If i could give 0 stars i would. Wasted my lunch time here.

  My first time there, came in to try their burgers out. Saw the reviews online and decided to go try it out. I ordered two signature burgers, a mushroom poutine and an all beef hot dog. The cooks took thier time and made them really well. My brother got one of the signature burgers and I got the mushroom poutine, they taste really good! I would definitely come back again.
