  Slowest service I have received at a Hero burger location. There is barely anyone here at 10pm and they are struggling to figure things out. Been waiting 30 min now for 2 burgers with fries. Brutal service they look lost and confused.
  
  Update* added one star because the food was still quite good. Suggest you get some better management
  
  Updated Feb 18th* Has gotten better but still pretty slow. I know they are cooked fresh but it shouldn't take 20 min for 2 burgers. However food is always solid.

  I check maps to to see what time they are open. It tells me 11pm. Get off my bus I just paid for to get there at 10:33 for them to be closed.. That's some falus advertisement . Even their store hours on the door say 11pm.. don't eat here because they don't care. Would probably serve you some bad food too. :/ I'm posting this at 10:39pm EST

  Very clean environment. Washroom for men had no toilet paper
  or paper towels. Staff seem pleasant and eager to please. But
  burger served with soggy beef patty. Soggy and oversalted fries.
  Also no coke in the dispenser. I will pass on all Hero outlets in
  the future. There are better places locally.

  Top notch service & high quality food. Couldn't have asked for better service, workers were extremely welcoming and assisted with my order as there were a lot of choices on the menu. Food came in prompt fashion and was delicious. Recommend to anyone looking for a good burger and fries combo.
