  The service inside was okay - the young woman at the cashier taking our order was nice and friendly. And the person who did our toppings was a little out of it. There were 7 people behind there, that I could see. Wasn't sure who was supposed to be doing it at first. I asked for extra hot peppers - which means a few more rings. But this person gave me 1 extra ring so I had to ask again and they gave me 1 more! It was ridiculous. We did go through the drive-thru the next day, well we tried to. The person taking our order couldn't speak English as well as they should. We asked for a vanilla shake and their response was "NO SHAKE!" Wasn't sure if they were being rude and yelling at us, my husband got upset and was going to start flipping out but I had to stop him and explain maybe they're saying their shake machine isn't working at the moment, or something like that... but all in all it's fast food, it's cheap - what do you really expect? Good service.....

  I visit this location pretty often as it's the closest one to my house however, I am frequently disappointed and I think today was the final straw. I have tried different things to try to communicate what I want but it only falls on deaf ears. I usually use the drive thru but today I decided to walk in so I could actually communicate eye-to-eye. The guy on cash (Kyle?) had the personality of a door knob! Dude needs to take some customer service classes and not be so rude saying, "You didn't ask for that!" when I asked a question. When you ask for specific things, (eg. no ice, extra salt & ketchup, etc.) it would be nice if the staff actually LISTENED to you instead of just putting their brain on automatic. Yes, their burgers taste good but they don't serve them the way I ask (no pickle, extra sauce) so it's really frustrating. I love poutine but they have problems making that too. The fries start warm but the cheese package is kept in a fridge and the gravy is barely warmer than room temperature. Seriously, they have it in a pot! Why is it not hot enough to melt the cheese? Cold poutine is just gross! I've had cold burgers several times too, actually more than hot ones. But the most annoying thing is when you try to order hot food at 10:15 (more than 1/2 hr before they close) and are told everything is turned off because the girl manning the drive thru window, slathered and shellacked in layers upon layers of makeup wants to go home. Wow! That's just ridiculous. I'm currently looking for a new burger place, maybe the Burger's Priest down the street will be happy for my business. I know I'm not alone in seeking better alternatives.

  I took my niece's for lunch at this Harvey's. The staff was extremely nice and friendly, and the food was great!
