  Good burgers but long wait times for lunch. If you have a scheduled lunch time this may not be a good option

  A poor job at best. No napkins unless you ask for them, ordered the large combo to get the NBA cup and then had to argue with server about getting the cup. Fries were up 10 secnds after my order was places and got cold the following 5 min i waited for my burger and drink.
  Not a good experience. Only good point was chalet fries.

  Its renovated. So it seems more private than the previous open space. Atmosphere is nice. Service was good. Week night isn't as busy so they have few servers but the wait wasn't too long. Our server was very sweet and patient. She took care of our concerns promptly.

  The restaurant needs to be tidy. It has been remodeled, yet it needs some cleaning up. Tables are always dirty, including clients used plates, are not picked up. Floor is filthy. If you want a Harvey's burger, make sure you have enough time to spare because the service is extremely slow. Staff is ok. Not rude or friendly. They do what they're told..not more..not less.

  Let's face it. It's fast food, you're coming here probably because you like Harvey's hamburgers, and not because you expect the staff to sing a song and dance when they take your order. One secret about this location is that because it's connected to a Swiss Chalet, they give you Swiss Chalet Fries instead of the regular Harvey's ones. That's enough for me to give it 5 stars.
