  They use Swiss Chalet Fries... That's enough a reason for the 5, and the man who's usually on the grill with the long dreads has mastered the art of the grill 5 stars worth. BUT! The bald cashier always messes up my drink order! Repeated 3 times to have an Ice Tea but he always gives me Pepsi!

  Really bad drive through service.
  
  I wanted to order a Buffalo chicken sandwich (blue cheese etc) I repeated "Buffalo chicken" a few times, asked for "regular peppers" in my sandwich
  
  I got a regular crispy chicken sandwich, not Buffalo, and instead of bell peppers, they threw in a stack of jalapeño slices. Tiny dab of guacamole, the green olives I ordered came in black. My fries were burnt and soaked in oil, tiny bits of French fries, most likely scraped from the button of the frier, the oil was definitely old, as my fries were all sad and brown looking.
  
  After idling my car in the drive through lane for good 12 minutes....
  
  At least they got my Diet Pepsi correct.

  We came in 5 minutes before closing and they were happy to take our order. My brother came in 10 minutes later and they let him put in an order. Food was cooked fresh and was pretty good. Really accommodating
