  Ordered the cornish hen and the salmon entree. The hen was "okay", and the fish was terrible. The udon noodles that came with it tasted like they had been sitting and drying out all day. The salmon was average. The hen was quite tender but whatever the accompaniment was tasted like baby food and the spinach wasn't very fresh. Food quality was not only sub par - it was downright bad. Its a shame, because the service was quite good.
  
  Our server was tasked with a large party of 15+ people and still managed to serve us quite well - she took a while to greet us, but it was understandable. She was very pleasant throughout the whole night. I was also impressed with the manager on duty, who seemed to be checking in on all the tables. He even noticed our glasses were empty at one point and offered a refill. Great job.
  
  Drinks were made okay. We ordered double vodka/gin tonics, but the pour did seem like it may have had a lighter hand. They might measure, but still felt light. Not enough ice in the drinks either - probably contributed to them feeling weak.
  
  The ambience and atmosphere is great and the decor is fancy. Overall, very happy with the service and management.
  
  Wouldn't ever go back for dinner, but would consider having drinks at the bar. For the price, you're better off eating somewhere else and then stopping by for cocktails.

  I've been here many times in the last 2 year. The first several times were great but my last two visits have been very disappointing. A few weeks ago they forgot to order my meal and didn't offer anything to compensate and tonight we waiting 45 minutes for the bill and our dinner took 3 hours for 2 people. I do not recommend this restaurant. They also recently changed their menu and eliminated several of my favourite items. It is too bad, this use to be one of my favourite restaurants!

  Was invited to Glow Fresh for my friend's birthday. It was a party of 6 girls. I have to say that service was big disappointment. They barely served our table. Not everyone got forks, we had to ask for water etc. And the restaurant wasn't busy on Sunday night. The food was good, I would say average. Will not come back.

  I enjoyed my experience there. There was a special because of the time we came it. The food was delicious. I liked the location since it's in the middle of everything. No major problems. It's not the fanciest of places, but it was decent.

  The food is very fresh but the regard for clientele needs some serious improvement.
  
  My high hopes were trashed at this establishment. A guest and I ordered two different steak dishes, we both found mine, the less expensive of the two, to be a better. Fair. However, just after taking my second bite I found a larva in my Brussels sprouts. Clearly, the food was organic and fresh, but not thoroughly examined enough before serving. Not overly upset, I was offered an apology and to have the dish redone by the manager. I agreed but with other vegetables. My guest's food was getting cold and, feeling bad, he offered portions of his meal while WE waited a second time for mine. (We didn't come together to eat alone.) Finally, it came. The steak was done perfectly but my guest had waited for me until his went cold. Finally, we were slapped with the same bill we would have had if the food were hot and we ate together--and an expensive one at that.
  The apology was only a front, there was no compensation for the worm.
  
  Alas, more money in their pocket now will lead to much less later on.
