  Slow service. My wrap was sitting on the counter for a few mins before they called to give it to me. Wasn't busy. I'm very glad about the substitutions though without extra cost. The wrap was also huge for the money. If staff were a little more cheery and helpful is give it a five.

  I eat mainly vegan food and this place is pretty bland. For some reason people seem to think that healthy vegan or vegetarian food needs to be tasteless, but it's just not the case. Freshii falls into this trap, serving bland pricey food, and calling it health food.

  The food is good and the staff are great. My only complaint is they run out of rice every time I go to get a bowl which is SUPER disappointing. Sometimes I don't go until just before closing, but tonight I phoned at 7:15 and they were already out of rice. Conflicted about how many stars to give. I like the food....when I can get it

  We've been to many Freshii' and this Queen East location is by far my favourite! This is our every Tuesday spot for dinner...and a couple other days too. The dinner shift ladies are awesome! Food is always fresh, consistent product and super friendly staff. The fiesta salad with egg is our favourite!! Great portion sizes and the new protein balls are YUMMY! I'm gonna have to say that this location beats the head/main location in Rosedale.
