  I love Fran's. It's not the best food in the world but it's great diner food and exactly what I want when I think of greasy spoon all-day breakfast with ALL the things! Bacon, sausage, pancakes, eggs... mmm! PLUS their pie, smoothies and milkshakes are fantastic.

  I came here with a group of co-workers for breakfast. We were a larger group so they seated us in the back. Staff were really friendly and attentive.
  
  I ordered the breakfast wrap and it didn't take too long to come from the kitchen. The breakfast wrap was an ok size but cut in half. It was juicy, and flavourful. The potatoes were a nice accompaniment.
  
  Weirdly enough, I didn't think this was enough food since the wrap wasn't really large.
  
  Even though we were a large group, it didn't take long to get our bill and pay.

  This is our little spot. Been coming here for years. Food isn't spectacular but it's definitely not bad. The desserts are great! Staff are always friendly.

  Second visit to any diner, surprising not my first diner with a old 70's American feel.
  
  During my first visit here, I order a breakfast; eggs, bacon with toast and taters. The meal portions are large but filling, making them great for employees and local shoppers to drop in for a solid meal.
  
  The atmosphere is retro but has some hints to the modern times. Wait staff is very courteous and always putting the need of the customers ahead. During my hour and a half visit, I was asked if I wanted my tea topped off many of times which didn't affect the diner experience.
  
  I would recommend this establish for anyone who would like to bring a group or date here for a nice after event meal. Also would be fantastic for folks who like to sit down for a meal a bit of verbal discourse.

  Had a pretty good experience here. I got the big breakfast. Tasted great. The strawberry milkshake is delicious!! Great atmosphere too. Service was prompt. Would definitely return when I'm looking for decent priced diner or breakfast food!
