  Very busy on Sunday a.m. Food choice is large and servings generous but price is slightly above the average for a breakfast style restaurant. Credit cards not accepted. There is a lot of service staff for the rather small serving area who work hard to get your order delivered. They have a challenge to not bump into each other.

  Excellent breakfast as always. This was our third time, second in the last month. The menu is quite diverse and has something for everyone. Very popular spot but we arrived after 12 this time and there were quite a few empty tables. FYI - they no longer accept credit cards. Only debit and cash.

  Top shelf. Family run. Been going for nearly a decade and have never, ever been let down. I could go on about the food and the vibe and the people, but you should probably just check it out.

  We had been given the option of a seat next to the open door or next to the washroom in a corner. After pointing out that there were multiple 4 tops and 6 tops occupied by only two patrons, we were denied our request to be seated at a 4 top and we're told it was now for the 3 people that had just entered after us. That is not how you treat your customers, especially ones that live in the neighbourhood.

  Great coffee but small and only one refill. It was the one thing that stood out to me and I am a coffee sponge.
  
  Onwards to the food. Everything tasted great for what it is. Pretty standard breakfast fare so can't have huge expectations. Waffle was warm and crisp.
  
  Tight seating had an impact on the experience and the decor is well I guess perhaps suited to the area which is now officially a mixture of ghetto and rapid development aka gentrification aka prices go up. Oh wait no social commentary.
  
  This kills Cora's or any other chain. +1 points for keeping water topped up
