  We were a party of 10 for dinner. Our server was terrible. We were at the back of the restaurant and she would never come around and it was impossible to wave her down. When we ordered 5 separate bills it not only took forever, they were all messed up. They were rude when we pointed it out, went to fix it and messed it up again. It worked the 3rd time, but it took 2hrs from the point we finished eating to the point we could pay!!! 2 hours without even drinks!!! We were going out after but ended up leaving at 1 am and it ruined the rest of the night. They charged us 18% gratuity for this !!! And the food is mediocre. The salmon burger was good, but the fish tacos were really dry. The calamari were half battered peppers and pickles, which is not an original idea, it's just cheap.

  Have been here many times. It's a comfortable place to grab beers with friends.
  
  Most recently we visited on a cold, rainy night, when we had a couple of hours before a play. We both ordered Shepherd's Pie at the server's recommendation. It was very good. Only disappointment was the large lettuce core included in my husband's salad.
  
  Service was much slower than I've experienced in the past. I had something in mind for dessert but it took so long to get our food, that we only had 15 minutes to spare to get to the theatre. We and a couple of ladies waited by the servers' station to pay our bills. I think they need additional help here.

  Came here on a Sunday afternoon for a drink and a bite to eat. It was quiet with a group of people watching the game. We had great service and the waitress really helped us veganise meals. Good food and a nice outing overall!

  Very large location. And usually crowded at peak times. Good food. Good service. Not a bad menu. Good wine selection, but needs to improve on the beer selection.

  Went for a quick bite before a show at Roy Thompson Hall. I had stuffed Yorkshire pudding and my wife had chicken fingers. Staff was efficient but cool, and the food was fine, but not remarkable. If you need a last minute bite before a show go for it. If you have more time there is tastier for the same price in the neighborhood.
