  I have had about twenty pizzas and lots chicken from this place in the last three month and it's great. Never had a problem. The staff are very eager to help and the price is fine.

  Never again will I ever buy from this place again. I ordered a panzo via their delivery service. It was like $10. First, there was NO tomato sauce inside the panzo. It was not baked properly so I was able to taste the yeast. I have a terrible stomach ache after eating their food. Never again will I exchange money for their food.

  I am not one to complain but this was the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I ordered a stuff crust pizza with double cheese x2 (I love cheese!) . My little brother gets back from DoubleDouble and as you can see in the picture that is not double cheese x2, I was a little annoyed but didn't think much of it. That was until I get to the crust and there is no cheese in the crust.... That is when I called to tell them that they made a mistake, I tell the owner and he say's he doesn't see the problem. So I drove over there to show him the problem, as soon as I walk in the door he starts trying to yell at me and says 'that is double cheese' then he tells me what thick crust is??? So after he explains what thick crust is, I then ask ' So explain to me what stuffed crust and why I didn't get it?' He then yells at saying if I have a problem to call head office.
  
  The fat greedy bastard couldn't just say sorry and give me a credit for a pizza? To top everything off when I was walking out I saw a cockroach running a cross the floor. I guess that makes him a dirty fat greedy bastard. After that I didn't even want a damn store credit, I could't even eat the pizza when I got home.

  Disgusting , Reported to Toronto Public health , found Cockroaches on my pizza , I have pictures of it ... Disgusting.

  This place is horrible, chicken is really dry, ribs are boiled and slapped with a sauce that is not better than cheap canned tomato sauce. There is no taste, delivery time was suppose to be 45 mins and it took over an hour and the delivery guy for got one of my orders and I had to call him back to get him to bring it up. I wish we read the reviews first because after reading that one about to roach literally made my husband throw up. Do your self a favour and make sure u don't order from this company.....
