  This was a terrible experience, i ordered food from these guys and the delivery driver called and said he wont deliver to the unit and hanged up the phone not even giving me the option to pick it up from the lobby. I called the store they put me on a 10 min hold and the guy said the same thing and he hanged up the phone as well. These guys are rude staffs that has zero communication skills and they dont care. I find this very disrespectful. I ended up giving my business to pizza pizza and they happily delivered to my unit without any headache.
  
  This location have a bunch of ratchet Indian guys that dont know how to talk to people. This is it for me i will continue to give my business hapily to pizza pizza.

  Worst customer service I have ever experienced from any restaurant! The manager Leon was extremely rude over the phone. I just asked a question as to why the order was taking over 45 minutes and the way he answered the question was very rude. Very disappointing. I usually do not complain about things like this, but the way I was treated was just way out of line. I was not expecting this from anyone who works in the customer service industry, let alone a manager of a restaurant. I told the driver (who told me that the man I talked to on the phone was the manager Leon, which is how I found out) about my experience over the phone and he just asked me what my background was, saying that if the manager knew my background, he wouldn't have treated me rudely over the phone. I was dumbfounded when he said that so I asked him what does race have anything to do with the situation. And he just repeated what he said before and told me that the manager's wife has the same background as I do, so if he knew that, the situation would be totally different. This shows lack of customer service from both the staff and management. To the owner of the restaurant, please have a talk with your employees because looking at your past reviews, a lot of people have experienced terrible customer service from your store.
