  The delivery guy here is pretty awesome. My card wasn't working so he once drove me across the street to fix it while he waited. He was patient and gave him a tip for his time. Recently I came home with heavy boxes and he was delivering to another resident. He recognized me (mainly since I order so often) and even helped me bring them into the elevator. 12/10 for service and kindness!

  Pizza had no taste, might have eaten cardboard box instead. Dipping sauces are just gross, cheddar jalapeno taste like cheese wiz, garlic taste like mayo, not much garlic. Fast delivery but order accuracy is definitely off. Delivery guy super nice and apologetic for the store's mistake. My first time ordering from that store, I usually order from pizza nova or 2 or 3 pizza & wings (waaay cheaper but sooo good) but today everything is closed, so we tried this one. Thanks but no thanks. Great customer service though...

  Pizza was fine. Delivery was a clusterphuck but the reason for the 2 star review is as follows. I paid by debit, agreed to the total on the wireless POS terminal at my doorstep, added a tip and then saw "$1.50 debit surcharge....Agree/Cancel?". So customers need to pay a surcharge because we are paying by the most common form of payment in Canada? I know a thing or two about long range wireless POS terminals and know the actual processing fee paid by the merchant is 7 cents. The driver said "Everyone complains but I am just the driver". I was so perplexed I called the manager who said the fee goes to Chase Payments, but I know that's not how it works. (Merchants pay a flat monthly fee and it's the cost of doing business). So @dominoscanada.... thanks for the last pizza.
