  I came in to Via Cibo the night of April 30, 2017. Very mediocre experience at Via Cibo. Although the food was great, the wait times to order were extremely long because of a lot of customers at once. Almost all of the staff were friendly and accommodating, except for one. One of the workers who had a lip ring was extremely rude and snappy to all the customers and even her own co-workers. I had waited over 40 minutes since I got there, so I went to ask where it was, and all I got was a sassy and rude response telling me it's coming and that I should go sit-down and wait. This was not just me, I saw other customers complain to her and get same snarky response. She even got in an argument with a customer over the fact that another person who came after him, got their food but not his, which should not happen in a restaurant setting. At one point I saw her getting mad at one of her co workers. I found this very unprofessional and unpleasing to watch. Such a disappointment that they would hire someone so rude and so unprofessional. The other staff though were very pleasant, the food was really good even though I came at a peaking point of the day. I hope this is resolved properly and in a manner that is professional.

  I was positively impressed with our experience at Via Cibo tonight. The manager, David, and his team were extremely patient with our especially particular group (of 12 people) and provided fantastic service. The food was wonderful, the staff was accommodating, and we couldn't recommend this place more. Thank you! :)

  Arrived on a Saturday evening around 8pm, and was informed by both cashiers that they were out of pizzas during ordering. My other two family members ordered a pasta dish each, and I ordered the steak panino. Ten minutes after being served our food, I see pizzas being delivered to two tables around us. Hmm.... very conflicting information. The front staff should talk to the kitchen staff, as I would be willing to wait for a pizza. And not too difficult since the layout is an open concept kitchen/cash counter.

  You will find me at Via Cibo every other week. Reviewing after one year of consistent experience, always great. Sometimes we have a lineup but well managed and hey this is so because food is great.
  Pizza is the best in Toronto. Test it on the Margherita. Pasta wow. Soups to die for. Ice cream is the real thing.
  
  Not a place of a very varied and changing menu. Just like any great street food spot. Consistently you will find the comfort food you love at very reasonable prices.
