  While the food and the atmosphere was great, the customer service was poor. After we reminded them they forgot to bring our congee, the waitress was so impatient with us as if it was our fault (they were not that busy, given she was standing near our table for a while). The plates were full of scratchs that made us thought it was dirty. Not a big issue, just surprised given the price range and decor.

  I attended a 10 course "banquet" at the Casa imperial. We did not have any drinks provided to us after the second course. When a drink was requested around the fourth course, the staff indicated it would come "later". Apparently, six more courses wasn't enough time (even with reminders). Our visit was remarkable for the poor service. I wouldn't come here again.

  Had Chinese New Year dinner recently and absolutely enjoyed the experience. The food was delicious and cooked perfectly. Highly recommend the lobster (cooked on the grill). The service was quick and professional. Dirty plates were changed often and any request was taken care of (i.e. more hot sauce or more tea). Had many other CNY dinners at other places and would rate this above all others.
