  9:40 pm right now, the cafe closes at 10pm. Came here all the way with my girlfriend to fulfil late night cravings for cheesecake. Cafe is pretty empty, 3-4 couples sitting at individual tables of 4, a couple of other tables empty. The server doesn't even seat us inside the cafe and asks us to sit on a table, with chairs beside each other outside of the main cafe. I requested if we can be seated inside, since the cafe is relatively empty, to which the other server rudely replies "nope, there's no seats available." Looking around rather confused, I said "what about those tables?", to which she replies "we keep those tables for larger groups". Pretty disgusted and rascist feeling in my mouth, feeling like being discriminated, said "thank you" and walked out.

  Best Cheesecake in town, hands down! They are constantly innovating, producing new and inventive new products. If you're a fan of Hershey's products, be sure to check out their Reese's Cup Cheesecake - nothing short of heavenly. Too bad that the Castlefield location is only wholesale though.

  My friend is in the hospital with cancer and when she could finally eat again, she wanted cheesecake. I felt helpless as I was at work, so I looked up cheesecake and found Carole's. Not only were they friendly, quick and efficient, my friend said it was the best cheesecake she ever had! She was even able to share it with her roommate who also said it was the best! Thank you Carole's for not only providing the best service, quality but also care to your customers! I will be a repeat customer for life! Thanks!

  Amazing cheesecake! Best in town! Great service with employees as sweet as their cheesecakes! I strongly recommend trying the Red Velvet Cheesecake! It is divine and delicious! The cheesecakes are to die for! Just fabulous!
