  The options looked great and we were super excited to go. But the place had this strange mouldy smell that made it impossible for me to eat and we both felt a bit queezy after our meal. The place was not very clean either and the view of discoloured ceiling tiles was also concerning. The food taste was okay, but definitely not worth a trip back.

  Vegan options abound and great non vegan options too. Good beer and cocktails along with sizeable portions. Get the house hot sauce for a lovely treat

  Cardinal Rule is such a lovely spot! They've got options for vegans, so it's a great place to go for both vegans and omnivores. Some of the vegan options are unique compared to other places in the city and have biscuits, polenta, and latkes, along with house marinated tofu and big waffles. Highly recommend. Note that it's a bit hot inside in the summer.
