Their croissants are delicious! Wanted to try their butter crunch handmade chocolate but it was $5 for a small bag.

I know there are a few different locations but what sets this one apart is just how darn nice the staff are. I believe a lot of their stuff is made centrally at the various brick street locations then distributed (I could be wrong but I recall a staff member telling me about this). Either way everything is always really fresh and delicious. Their almond croissant is perfect. Not too sweet, flaky, just the right amount of almond paste. They do often sell out of pastries and breads so it's worth going early.

I had ordered & prepaid 10 baguettes for our party, one week in advance. At the 1:00 pm friday July 25 pick up date they had only 3 on the shelf, none left aside. The gal was cavalier, saying "we sold them, that's all we have left". Bonjour Brioche has never missed like this, & we're going back there. Suggest you do something similar before you are disappointed.

I was just here yesterday morning and I was served by two rude employees at the Distillery District store (both young women) who called me fat and talked rudely about me to each other right in my face for ordering a cinnamon bun at 11 am. One said "What's wrong with people who order cinnamon bun before noon? They're going to get fat." The other girl just laughed and agreed.

This is very hurtful and may be triggering for those who may have eating disorders or anyone else with body issues. By allowing this behaviour to slide, you are encouraging bullying and harassment of customers. I hope you can get your team to reconsider how you treat your customers.
