  I ordered two fettuccine alfredos last night for delivery. It was 20 minutes late so I called this branch. The manager was really nice. Overall I loved my food. The portions are great. I am definitely going to order again.

  Amazing service! I only have good things to say.
  
  I had a party of 22 people for my birthday, and most other restaurants I tried were very resistant to accommodate us.
  
  I am SO glad I chose this BP because they were well prepared for all of us, we had two very attentive servers, and everything was timed perfectly. They were very attentive and friendly.
  
  Highly recommend for any size party. The staff here is awesome! And the food is always perfect.

  party of two had calamari, salad also a pizza we got severely sick with an hour, the manager or the person who was handling our case after we called in and complaint told us it can't be the food because food poison can take up to a week to develop!!!! a week lol. Yes a week she is clearly out to lunch or making things up to make us go away. Stupid . We called health canada, we doctor's notes and medication for the severe food poison we experienced, health canada investigated the location, guess what? the chef was ill too and didn't show up to work for days following the incident. Boston Pizza didn't even apologize but to be fair the offered us a cheap discount on our next meal at the place. How about paying for drugs and sick days at home. Meanwhile we spent a week on antibiotic, this is by far the worst food poison we have had ever exposed to. It was brutal and painful. Zero star for being a dirty place and zero star for being A holes trying not to own your mistake and correct it.
  You might be safe ordering pizza here but avoid salads and seafood.

  The people working at this Boston Pizza try their best. But it's still not a place I will come back. We asked for an order of fries after all the plates arrived, since the amount of fries in our kids' plates were very poor. The order of fries never came. I asked it to be cancelled, and the waitress agreed. But 5 mnutes later the order comes. I sent it back. I only received an apology from the waitress...but I wonder...how much better it would've been if they said: you know what? we were very late with your fries. Here. On the house. But that was not the answer.
  On top of that, the menu at boston pizza has declined in quality and variety over the years, to the point where it's almost impossible to find something somewhat healthy and yummy. $3.19 for pop? bank robbery.
  In conclusion, even though my kid likes going there, we won't be going there any time soon....I guess the founder is spending too much time at the dragon's den.

  The restaurant was cold no mattered where we were seated. We kept our jackets on and this was just today on May 12th. Once we were seated, we waited 15min due to a miscommunication on who was serving us.
  
  After we were served, the order was wrong and had to be changed on 2 of the 4 Orders (we are a family of four). We had to wait, wait, and wait for dessert for their kids, for the takeaway box and generally to adjust get any service. The slider burgers were rock hard with the buns and my son couldn't even eat them and he is 4 years old
  
  I would not recommend this place and we will not be coming back here.
