  Excellent food, great service, pleasant atmosphere. We were a large party with two very young children and a dog. Server was very accommodating...dealt well with the needs of the baby and toddler. Very smooth service all around. We ate there with three Toronto restaurant veterans on their recommendation. Dog had to remain outside the patio dining area, but we were able to secure him within close proximity. We'd go back for sure.

  Went last night with a friend. It was packed and they had no tables available inside, but they found us one on the patio, which is heated. They even offered us blankets as it was a cold night. The service was exceptional and so was the food. I am gluten free and they are very accommodating and have lots of options. The ribs were spectacular! I can't wait to go back.

  So much fun and kid friendly which was great. We ordered the platter and awesome. So juicy and not overcooked and not overspiced. I will definitely come back soon. Worth every cent.

  Always delicious! I highly recommend making a reservation ahead of time, especially if your are going for brunch. Awesome for large and small parties alike. While the Meet Meat platter says that it serves 4 I would say it could easily feed 6; especially if you order starters and sides. Staff is wonderful! Always friendly and happy to help you navigate between the many difficult choices on the menu.

  This place is not bad. I've been to most BBQ places in Toronto and to be honest, the best of them would be considered average or below average if you were in the States. Barque is no different.
  
  Had the Meat Platter four Four. Came with ribs (the best thing on the plate...pretty decent), beef brisket (not much flavour), competition chicken thigh (presentation is nice but not much flavour), lamb shoulder (kinda bland), turkey sausage (interesting texture), pulled pork (OK). This plate was $99 for four people so it was actually really decent value for the amount of food. But the flavour was simply lacking.
  
  Service was friendly and pro. Atmosphere is nice. Not bad, but nothing to write home about.
