    They have Ribs on the menu but every single time you order it... They give an excuse... If you don't want to make it.. take it off your menu...Terrible customer service.

    Not sure why this chain is in decline but I love their baked, unbreaded wings. Hands down my favorite. Their seasoned fries are also great.
