  Great, friendly service, but in my experience, short on staff because the line is often long and it moves slowly. It's faster for me to walk down the street to Starbucks. There are times I also just go to the local convenience store and skip my morning coffee. Product quality is standard for Tim Horton's, which is good, and servers are accurate with my order, when I do wait out the line.

  Worst location ever, staff are rude and Incompetent. I've been many times and they ALWAYS get my order wrong. I would go to any other location because this one is awful

  We all love our Tim Hortons coffee for the most part, but what gives this Timmy's 5 stars is the staff. They are friendly, courteous, and go above and beyond to show their appreciation for your business.

  Ordered a chicken salad sandwich combo without tomatoes and when receiving the sandwich it in fact had tomatoes so I kindly asked staff to get a new one. Once receiving the new sandwich I realized a fresh one was not made because it tastes like tomatoes and on top of that the lettuce was outdated and started to turn a dark green colour. Overall experience was horrible and staff acted like they didn't know what happened. Tim Hortons corporate needs to reevaluate this location because it was nothing but disgusting. On a side not I waited over 5 minutes for fresh potato wedges to be made so everything was completely a waste of time
