    What a beautiful place I must say the customer service is excellent and I love this place best food and great customer service food is priced reasonably prices are lower than other competitors like Mc Donald's I must thank my Dear friend who took me to this place people who work there treat me so well and the staff is wonderful it was and always is a great place to dine at and yes prices are reasonable and I must say would love to keep this place as my favorite LOVE it. FOOD is awesome :-)

    EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE ESPECIALLY MARIAM (ALWAYS TALKS POLITELY ) AND CRYSTAL :-) love you people thanks for always being so humble and kind :-) GOD bless your Staff :-)

    Always enjoy the food at Harvey's but the kitchen staff needs improvement... It appears that during rush hour the kitchen staff gets easily 'weeded'... Anyways I prefer this location than the alternative.

    This particular location is just ridiculous, worse every time I go. They always take forever & forget something. Some staff members are really nice, some are not at all. All of them are improperly trained. The last straw for me was sitting in the drive-thru for 20 MINS on Saturday night. FOR A POUTINE. Didn't even order a drink with it. I pulled up to the speaker & no one bothered to say ANYTHING AT ALL for a good 5 MINS until I finally said, "Is drive-thru not working?" ONLY THEN was I met with a response which was a half ass apology asking me to wait some more. Another 5 mins pass & I'm asked to wait some more! Of course, I was in a rush - Why the hell else would I go to a drive-thru?! Anyway, I just started using my phone to search for a different location, but then was finally served so I just ordered. Thankfully service was faster (still not fast enough) when it came to paying for & receiving my order. However, I paid in exact change & the employee was so overwhelmed that she didn't want to count it. She said she didn't have time. I don't even blame her which I'll explain at the end. The only thing I ever ask for with my poutine is lots of vinegar, & of course she forgot it. They always do. I knew they would, hence I didn't leave the parking lot! That's SO sad! I predicted failure! And what else does that mean? That means I ENDED UP HAVING TO GO INSIDE ANYWAY. As I grabbed my own vinegar, I was looking very hard for a manager to complain to & there was none in sight. I decided to just leave & complain later. 5 mins later, I get back to my office & sit down to eat as I work (and they are so lucky I made it back on time). Surprise surprise, the gravy wasn't hot therefore the cheese wouldn't melt & the fries were from the bottom of the bag (not appetizing or edible). The fries were also cooked in old oil that should have been changed. Why do I think I'm such an expert, you may ask? I don't think. I know. Because running Harvey's drive-thru was my first job at FOURTEEN YEARS OLD and I did it very successfully for two years, mainly on nights by myself. Yes that was illegal at my age but that's so not the point. My point is it's literally the easiest damned job in the world. A 14 year old shouldn't be THAT MUCH better than a grown woman at the same job. Calling this location FAST food is laughable. I'm shocked I even got the fork and napkins. And the next time someone serves me something that they WOULDN'T EVEN EAT THEMSELVES, I just might throw it back at them! I don't understand why that rule is so hard to grasp. Quality over quantity. When did we lose sight of this? Finally, the kicker is that after 3 bites I had every intention of returning the "poutine" along with a piece of my mind the next day. But guess who didn't get a receipt?! That's probably the worst possible thing you can do - I'm pretty sure you can get in major trouble for withholding receipts. And I guarantee they will come across someone who NEEDS that receipt to be reimbursed by their employer or something. That is, if this store makes it that much longer. I really don't appreciate wasting $4.20 when I'm late on rent and can't afford to eat as it is. I shouldn't have even spent that money, but I deserved a treat, I hadn't eaten in two days and I have never been so disappointed.
    Lastly I would like to note that while the employee who served me didn't do everything right, it's not her fault. She was not trained properly and they were extremely understaffed, hence her feeling overwhelmed. You don't just throw someone on drive-thru by themself. You make sure they know what they're doing, even if you have to do a damned test run! There's no excuse for this crap. If you can't find or keep staff, or you simply don't care to or are lazy, then YOU NEED TO CLOSE YOUR STORE. As you can see, there are no replies to any of these reviews so I have to assume the owner/manager/WHOEVER is indeed simply lazy.

    I am very disappointed in the service provide at this location. Every time I visit this Harvey's, the machine to make the Nutella milkshake is out of order, I visited many different time at 5:30pm and 8pm and they always said the same. As well the costumer service is very poor.
