  Just OK. Room for improvement for sure. Service is polite and friendly, atmosphere and decor are good. However the portions are noticeably light and the quality of the fish recipe isn't great. Basically, it's mostly batter and the grease really penetrates the batter to the fish. Also, I feel like most fish and chips are accompanied by a small coleslaw.

  There is definitely room for improvement at this place. While not bad, it was disappointing.
  
  The reviews about the size of the fish are spot on. It's like they cut a filet in half and then half again and dipped it in batter four times. While it looks visually appealing, there is no substance at all. Like... at all.
  
  Ordered the Crab Fries and really it was just flaked canned crab, mayo, goat cheese lightly sprinkled. Disappointing and I can make it at home.
  
  Fries are good but I'm not going for the fries. I'll go to Smoke's Poutine for that.
  
  The best was the smoked oyster clam chowder. Quite tasty... but I'm not coming here for the chowder.
  
  I guess if you're into beer there's decent selection but I likely won't be returning for the food.
  
  Service was polite but absent... like almost completely.

  Haddock and chips were delicious. Loved the batter. Just the perfect amount. House made tartar sauce i think it was very good. We will visit often.
