  The food was pretty good, but I found one thing really odd. The restaurant is an order your food and find a seat style, but I had trouble finding a seat in the place, which was pretty dead, because all the tables had newspapers, dirty dishes and messes all over them. They were definitely not understaffed and it wasn'y busy, yet everyone was standing about doing very little ignoring the dirty restaurant in front of them.

  I love the fact this place serves Illy coffee. Sandwiches and puffed pastries are good! I love the chocolate croissant. Staff is very friendly. Have been a customer for more than 4 years. My only complaint is that some desserts get old in their fridge and they still sell them. This applies only to the mini cheesy pies with fruit on top or tarts. Wish they would be more careful with that.

  Quite nice inside and the food is really good! The menu is priced really well as well. I've gone back there a couple of times and will continue to go regularly.

  Been going to this place for 2 years religiously almost every weekend(sat and sunday). In the beginning the service and food quality was excellent. Since then it's been going down steadily. It culminated today when i didn't receive our order for 30 minutes (we are talking premade wraps here) and when i wanted a refund i was told no one can do it.
  The new staff is aloof and unprofessional sometimes even rude. Tables are left with food and plates on them for hours.
