  Usually, I wouldn't go out of my way to write a review but today's experience at Aroma in Liberty Village was a little different. Sitting on the patio trying to get work done and three off-duty employees (I believe some soon to be ex employees by the sound of it), spent over a half an hour talking poorly or their boss, the kitchen staff, the quality of food, and the establishment in general. They also complained about pay cheques being shorted. I am not sure how much of any of this is true, but as a customer, hearing this while I try to work is extremely distracting. Not to mention, it makes me wonder if I should be supporting the business (are you paying your employees?). In regards to these three girls, talking poorly about work while still on the premises is a stupid mistake. If you want to vent, go somewhere else. Take this advice to your next job. Not a pleasant experience. By the sounds of all the details I was privy to, sounds like a mass rehire would do this Aroma best. Good luck boss, I'm hoping you have better luck as I do love the convenience of this patio for the summer!

  A really nice coffee chain with excellent selection of healthy and tasty foods and drinks. This location has a nice patio in the heart of Liberty Village also.

  Delicious and healthy options with quality and fresh trasting options. A nice change from Tim Hortons.
  Service has always been friendly and fast. The patio is nice and shaded.
  Good to enjoy solo or in a group.
  Comes with free chocolate!

  I rarely bother to do this but when customer service is exceptional they should be recognized. Franchise owner Maxine helped me out big time tonight with a personal favour when I literally just wandered in off the street asking for help. I stayed to then have some drinks and something to eat and was happy with the service and selection of alcoholic beverages and healthy food choices. I will definitely be back !!!!
