  The Supervisor in the afternoon shift named Sadie asked my order so I said match then I asked for almond croissant. My friend ordered cold drinks and another pastries. She repeated the order asked if that's everything that we ordered. In he end. My matcha wasn't given to me. She she's she repeated our orders and we said yeah. Repeating ones order so fast sometimes u would just say yes thinking that she get ur order correctly. That's not how u treat your customer.

  Love this place-while it is a chain, it does have a personal feel. Coffee is good (not that I'm a connoisseur) and the chocolate is a nice touch. Staff is obliging and friendly (also true of Starbucks). Always clean, including the bathrooms. Music not intrusive. Even the chairs don't make the same heart-stopping screech as they do at Starbucks when dragged across the floor.
