  The worst brunch experience I've ever had in my entire life! The food was not only overpriced and terrible,our waitstaff failed to comply with our parties reservation and ended up making us wait 3+ hours for food, coffee, water and a sangria pitcher. This place doesn't have people who have a good source of management because the waiters and waitresses do not have a clue what is going on half of the time because they are being overworked. The managers are rude and ignorant and do not have an ounce of decency or customer service experience! On top of dealing with the lack of customer service, our food was mediocre and my cousins eggs were undercooked! You are a breakfast place, how hard is it to cook eggs? The plates were also unclean and the glasses still had lipstick STAINS on them! the health department has been called on you FYI!

  Nice view of the lake while you're eating or just sipping on a drink. Friendly staff. Good food. Etc. Best time before the sunsets; lunch mid-afternoon. I haven't experienced the indoor dining area.

  The best thing about this place is is location on the lake side. Huge beautiful patio with an unobstructed view. The prices here are very fair for Toronto and appropriate for the portion size and quality of food. The service was very good though a bit slow, which was fine because it gave us more time to relax and enjoy the gorgeous view of the lake ;)
  The menu has both unique dishes and tried and true common foods, which I'm pretty sure was made more delicious by the...did I mention... The INCREDIBLE VIEW! The whole place was clean and well maintained, including the washrooms. Everything was wheelchair accessible also.

  Atmosphere is pretty good in and out, and the barkeep knew quite a bit about the rotating drafts. However, we got seated outside eventually after first getting a drink bar and were going to order food but they had somehow completely forgotten/lost us so we paid our check and left. The calamari plate and giant pretzels did look like they'd be amazing though! Only here for 1 weekend so won't be able to try it again though. Outside seating was nice haha, but worried about seagulls dropping something onto us.

  My husband and I enjoyed against the grain... It's been a traditional spot for us over the years, but yesterday will be the last time we ever go again. They keep changing the menu and not for the better! Yesterday we ordered two items that they were all sold out of!? I don't know how, it was only 2pm. The service was slow and me saying slow is being nice. We watched our waitress stand In the corner talking to a coworker for 25 minutes before she came to us with the visa machine. They keep changing their menu and taking things off that people enjoy... We had talked to a couple next to us that said the same thing. For the ambiance, it's nice. Right by the lake, but if you keep walking along the lake you'll find better places to eat.
