  If you go to reception don't expect anyone to answer the phone to let you into reception area.
  If and when you do get in, expect rudeness in its ultimate form.
  No one is in the reception area so you need to walk by to the left and ask for assistance.
  Here is where you get ultimate rude.
  First thing you get is the attitude of how dare you disturb me at my comfortable chair and desk followed by I can't help you.
  Is it not obvious that I'm busy. Etc.
  Since they treat customers this way I find it difficult to do business here.
